As a component of the 5th World Youth Congress, we are launching a new development programme for young people in Turkiye, "Gençliğin Öncülüğünde Kalkınma Programı" (GÖKprogram). It is a Youth Led Development Programme which will give small grants to community improvment projects run by young people. We are planning to fund around 200 projects by the end of 2010.
