- To promote of Youth-led Development as a constructive and effective role in the effort to make poverty history in a sustainable way – combating climate change, encouraging non-carbon development;
- To highlight the importance of cooperation while dealing with our earths’ current problems, and teach the world the old Turkish solidarity system “IMECE-Joint Action” to develop better cooperations
- To demonstrate a wide variety of ways that youth can do development by selecting local action projects that show where youth-led development is most effective in Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean;
- To support momentum towards the achievement of the MDGs.
- To encourage skills to promote sustainable entrepreneurship;
- To draw attention of the world – especially the youth – to the new, successful, dynamic Turkiye – and erase any remaining prejudices about Turkiye.
