The term of Kyoto Agreement is ending in 2012 and the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen ended without bringing definition to Post-Kyoto Climate Change Regime. This led frustrations all around the world. The leaders of the world clearly could not constitute a single voice against the fight with climate change. They might not have succeeded but, at the 5th WYC, its our turn to express our opinions and create suggestions for the Post-Kyoto Climate Change Agenda.
